Farming

Agriculture, run as ops — not as guesswork.

Plan the season. Run the season.

Most smallholder farming runs on instinct and recovers in the next season. We treat the farm as an operating unit: production calendar, input tracking, harvest grading, market routing. Wholesale-first, with land-management for absentee owners.

What we offer

The full farming stack — quoted as a single engagement.

Crop production

Vegetables (tomato, pepper, leafy greens), select grains, horticultural staples. Custom crops with offtake contracts in advance.

Land prep + irrigation

Land preparation, drip and overhead irrigation, soil testing, amendment scheduling. Done before planting, not retrofitted in panic.

Wholesale supply

Forward contracts to retailers and restaurants. Weekly forecast, weekly delivery, signed-for invoices.

Harvest + grading

Scheduled harvest based on retail demand. Quality grading at pack-out — A-grade for retail, B-grade routed to processing partners.

Cold storage + logistics

Refrigerated storage at the pack-house, refrigerated transport for perishables. Cold chain documented end-to-end.

Land management for absentee owners

Lease structuring, on-farm oversight, quarterly reporting with photos and yield data. Revenue share or fixed lease, your choice.

Process

How the engagement runs.

Every service line follows the same five-stage rhythm so you know exactly where the project is at any moment — and what we're responsible for next.

  1. Land + water + market assessment

Soil test, water audit, road access, distance-to-market. Crops are chosen by what the land grows well and what local buyers want, not by Instagram.

  2. Crop selection + production calendar

12-month calendar with planting, weeding, fertigation, harvest, and turnover windows. Buyers are lined up before planting.

  3. Land prep + planting

Bed preparation, irrigation infrastructure, planting per the calendar. We do this in season — not when convenient.

  4. Operations

Daily routines: irrigation, fertigation, integrated pest management, recordkeeping. Inputs and outputs tracked per bed.

  5. Harvest + sale + reporting

Harvest to schedule, grade at pack-out, deliver to contracted buyers, report to owners with yield + revenue data.

Pricing & quotes

Every farming engagement is quoted to the property.

We don't publish a price list because the same brief on a different property has a different scope. Free site visit, written scope, fixed quote within 48 hours.

Common questions

What people ask before booking farming.

Region-dependent. Primarily horticulture (tomato, pepper, leafy greens) and select grains. Custom crops considered when an offtake contract is secured before planting.
