Our story
We started because the alternative was six vendors and six finger-points.
Property owners — homeowners and businesses both — kept telling us the same story. The cleaner doesn't talk to the security installer. The solar contractor blames the electrician for the mis-wired inverter. The realtor lists a property on Friday that the clean-out team won't finish until next Wednesday. Six contracts. Six finger-points. Nobody owning the outcome.

Sets the operating standards across all service lines and chairs cross-service quality reviews. Background in multi-discipline project management spanning construction, services, and agriculture.

Owns the home-automation and security installation lines. Responsible for vendor selection, technical certification of installers, and the wiring + commissioning standards every job is held against.

Leads the solar engagement from load audit through commissioning. Background in electrical engineering with utility-scale and residential PV experience, sets the sizing methodology used on every quote.

Runs the realtor service line — listings, valuations, buyer representation, and lease structuring. Walks the neighbourhoods we list in. Calibrates briefs on the front end so shortlists are short.

Owns cleaning across recurring residential, commercial, and post-construction. Designs the per-engagement checklists, vets and trains team leads, and runs the quarterly client review process.

Runs the farming line — production planning, land management, harvest scheduling, wholesale supply. Builds the production calendars and sets up the offtake contracts before any planting decisions are made.
