What we offer

Recurring residential

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Same team for continuity. Written checklist agreed at the scope visit, tuned over time.

Post-construction deep clean

Paint, dust, debris, fixture polish, window track clean. Move-in-ready, not 'we vacuumed once'.

Office + commercial

Nightly or scheduled. After-hours access protocols, supply restocking, security-camera-friendly routines.

Move-in / move-out

Full turnover for owners, landlords, and property managers. Pre-handover photo set so condition disputes don't happen.

Specialty

Post-event, post-renovation deep, post-sickness sanitisation, oven and appliance deep. Quoted per scope.

Window + façade (up to 4 stories)

Internal and external window cleaning, façade where access permits. Higher floors via vetted abseiling partners.

Process

How the engagement runs.

Every service line follows the same five-stage rhythm so you know exactly where the project is at any moment — and what we're responsible for next.

  1. Scope visit

    Walk-through, agreed checklist, frequency, supplies decision (we bring everything by default). Quote at end of visit.

  2. Team assigned

    Lead + assistants. Consistent for recurring engagements. Substitutes are introduced before the swap, not on the day.

  3. Service performed against the checklist

    Eco-friendly supplies on request (no upcharge). Supplies stay locked in your supply cupboard between visits if you'd prefer.

  4. Walk-through + sign-off

    First visit and any deep clean: walk-through with you. Recurring visits: photo set sent to your phone showing rooms after each visit.

  5. Feedback + checklist tuning

    First month: weekly feedback loop, checklist tuned. After that: quarterly review unless you flag something.

Every cleaning services engagement is quoted to the property.

We don't publish a price list because the same brief on a different property has a different scope. Free site visit, written scope, fixed quote within 48 hours.
